Friday, April 20th

It's Friday! It feels like Thursday because the hubby had to work today. He normally has Friday off. I guess the bonus of working Mon-Fri is that he gets home about 5:30 every day (an hour earlier than normal). But...even though he got home early, it didn't really feel like he got home early. Monday, I had volleyball. So, we ate about 6:00 then I had to leave at 6:30. Wednesday, Keira has cheer at 5:30, so, even though he was home early, I still took all 3 kids to cheer with me and didn't get home until almost 7. Thursday, the kids swim at 6:00. Daddy was home at 5:00 this day, but I still wound up taking all 3 kids with me, just so he could relax. Lucky, he has an awesome wife! Friday (today), he had to work. He got off work about 2, but decided to go play some pool where his pool tournament was being held. So, he got home about 3:00, I was already out with the kids picking up Keira from school. When we got home, he went outside and mowed.....So, the moral to my little story, was even though daddy was home early, I really didn't notice the difference.

One of my really good friends came by today to show off her new baby. I guess I got talked into doing her bachelorette party. She is getting married in September, so I will plan for it in July. Uggg. She stayed for a couple of hours then we went to grandma's and grandpa's for supper then the hubby left again to play in a pool tournament.

Gonna be a long weekend. Nothing working 7 days a week....

Friday, December 30th

Our last day at CocoKey.

In my last post, Thursday, I said that we had a room with a hotel pool view and not an outside view with the sun shining in when we woke up. There were kids (hotel kids, not mine) at it again this morning at the pool, playing and yelling. This morning, Keira thought it was still night time when she woke up at 8:30 a.m. She said, "Mom, I thought the pool was closing, why are the kids still yelling?" I explained that it was morning and that the pool was open again. She understood.

We went down for about an hour to go swimming after we packed up the car. The kids wanted to go on the yellow slide area, so we went over their. This little baby about 6 months old tried to go down the slide (with help from his little sister, of course, no parents around) but the life guard came over right away and told the little girl that they couldn't go down the slide because he did not meet the height requirement. I was watching her and she looked over at Aden and Taygen and said something to the lifeguard about them being able to slide.

He came over to me and said, "They will not be able to slide anymore because they do not meet the height requirement." Let me remind you, this was about an hour after he stood there watching Aden and Taygen go down the slide. Oh, I was pissed! I asked to speak with his supervisor. The supervisor didn't help me, so I asked to talk to the director. The director didn't want to do anything for me, so I told her that I wanted our money back. She said she could give me tickets for another day, I said nope, I am not coming back here. So she gave us our money back for the 2 days that we swam.

Now, I am going to take it further! When someone says my kids can't do something or makes any of my kids cry then I get pissed and make people's lives a living hell! Great Wolf Lodge broke my daughter's arm, they didn't want to do anything for us, so now they are getting sued for a lot of money! Now I am taking this thing with CocoKey further. I'm sure the Health Department can find a few things wrong ;) My license plate doesn't say "Spoiled Brat" for nothing!! I get what I want!

Friday, December 23rd

Friday, Friday, Friday!!!

I didn't get to sleep in like my usual Friday, but it was a pretty good day.

Was supposed to take Bandit to the vet to get his shots, declawed, bath and fixed but we had to reschedule.

Keira had her 6 month check up on her arm this morning in Omaha. It went pretty good.

Stayed home most of the day. Made more cookies with the kiddos. Got a surprise Christmas present from the hubby...more to come.

Friday, December 9th

Took the kids to nana's today for the weekend :( The hubby and I went shopping at the mall for some Christmas gifts then went to see The Sitter. It wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be. I was thinking about watching New Year's Eve, but some said it was just like Valentine's Day and didn't get very good ratings.

TGIF!!

Love my Friday's! Got to sleep in again. Took Keira to school then got some shopping done.

We went to a friend's cancer benefit pool tourney tonight. We didn't play, we just went down to show support and hang out with great friends!

I wasn't going to go because someone has to watch the kids right?, Just kidding. I really was going to stay home and let the hubby go down for a couple of hours, but we asked gpa to watch them for a little bit so I could go down and hang out and he said yes, so we put the kids to bed at 9 and gpa came over and we headed over.

Great day and night. I have "The Greatest Baby Shower Ever" tomorrow with my besties, so getting ready for some sleep.

Friday, November 11th

Got to sleep in again today! Friday's are my good day!

Went to see my Dr. today about my stomach and she said she thinks it is my gallbladder. So, I have to get an ultra sound on Monday morning at 7:30. She gave me some nauseau medicine for the weekend. They got me an appointment pretty fast, so I'm guessing she is pretty worried about it.

Friday, November 4th

It is 10 p.m and I had a good day.

I haven't been feeling very good lately, so just relaxing while the kids are sleeping and the hubby is working on the computer.

Just laying on the couch with my blanky :) drinking my hot cocoa and watching my soaps. Feels pretty good just relaxing.

Friday, November 4th

Still in pain! Stomach pain. I am used to it by now since it has been about 6 days. I got my prescription that the Dr. ordered and it doesn't seem to be helping, looks like I might be going back on Monday.

Pretty good day so far! It's Friday! Got to sleep in until 10 today. I had a parent/teacher conference for Keira today at her preschool. That was at noon, so had to get things done a little earlier today than normal.

The other kids (Aden and Taygen) are napping now. Dan is in the shower and I am enjoying some peace and quiet :).

Gonna go pick up Keira from school at 2:30 then head to the 'W' store (mall) to do some clothes shopping with the kids and hubby. Then off to grandma and grandpa's for supper. Should be a fun night.

Friday- October 21

Great day today. Got to sleep in a little. Keira had school today and then we went shopping. Pretty busy day shopping, then went to grandma's.

Friday, October 14th

Today is a lot better, the hubby let me sleep in today. He has Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays off so I usually get to sleep in on Fridays and he gets to sleep in on Saturdays.

Dropped Keira off at school (she had a feel trip today). I felt super bad because I didn't bring her jacket, 64 today. I dressed her in long sleeves and jeans thinking she would probably get a little warm running around the pumpkin patch.

We all went out as a family and had frozen yogurt at our favorite place "W" store (Westfield mall) at Cherry on Top.

I don't have a lot of nights out, so tonight I am going to play in a pool tournament (one of my passions). I do get out on Tuesday nights for my pool league with my bestest friend and my favorite cousin!

I will definitely have an update on my pool tourney outcome!
