Monday, January 30th

Pretty busy day. 

Very nice day outside today, 69 degrees at 4:00. I found an hour between picking up Keira and making supper (before my meeting) to go outside and let the kids play while I cleaned out the truck. 

I have been craving crab rangoons lately. I don't know why, I don't really like cream cheese.  But, they are so addictive! So, on the way home from my meeting I stopped by our neighborhood Chinese restaurant and got some. 

Got the kids laid down, now it is relaxing time for mommy! 

Sunday, January 29th

Good day today! Went to Church this morning. I volunteered myself for another session at Church this morning.

Not too much today, pretty lazy day.

Five more days before we leave for our Cruise. We will leave about 3:30 a.m on Friday (Saturday) to get to the airport by 6 a.m.

This week is going to be super busy for us, so hopefully it will go fast.

Monday~ 12:00- 3:00 Take Keira to school and pick her up. 3:15-4:30- After I pick Keira up we have to go shopping for last minute items for the trip. 5:30- Come home cook supper. 6:30 Leave for meeting at Church that starts at 7p.m. The hubby has to play pool, so I'm going to take the kids with me. Come home after the meeting and get ready for bed.

Tuesday~ I will have the 3 extra kids today until 2:00 p.m. After the extra kids leave, I am going to relax and take the kids to the YMCA for a couple of hours or so and go swimming. Come home relax a bit, then start supper for the kiddos. I have my pool leagues at 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday~ 12:00-3:00 Take Keira to school and pick her up. Get home and get caught up on laundry, clean up the house a little bit for grandma and grandpa. The hubby has pool, so hopefully I can find some time to relax for myself.

Thursday~ I will have the 3 extra kids again today until 2:00p.m. After the extra kids leave, I will finish cleaning and finish up last minute stuff, write routine for the grandparents while they are at the house with the kids. 5:00p.m, leave for Keira's cheer class. 6:40 p.m get home and start supper.

Friday~ 12:00-3:00p.m Take Keira to school and pick her up. Start and finish packing. Pick up the house, make sure all the laundry is caught up on, look over the written routine and write down Keira's school and cheer schedule and make sure it is accurate. Make sure the cat has enough food and enough cat litter. Spend the rest of the evening with the kiddos and make sure they understand what is going on and that they are going to spend some extra days with grandma and grandpa. Hopefully get to bed by about 10:00 p.m so we can get up at 2:30a.m. and leave the house by 3:30 to get to the airport by 5 a.m.

Saturday, January 28th

A friend of mine text me the other day and asked if we wanted to go roller skating with the kids. So, we went roller skating today. Super fun!

The kids did great and had lots of fun. It was really busy today, because of a couple of birthday parties, but it was still fun.

Friday, January 27

Didn't get to sleep in today. I know, boo hoo!

Had my 6 month check up at the dentist today. Just cleaning and checkup.

NO CAVITIES!!!! YAY! My dentist was super talkative today. We talked about pool (he is my age), how his parents have a pool table and he is going to try and talk them into putting it in to his house. How he also has 3 kids and his wife was in right before me to get her check up done and she had to bring her 3 kids in.

A lot of driving around today. Drove to my dentist, tanned, got home at 11:00 a.m, got the kids lunch, then took Keira to school at 12:10. After I dropped her off, I went to the cheer studio to drop off some paperwork. Picked Keira up from school, came home, then picked up daddy, Aden and Taygen then we all went to the mall.

Thursday, January 26th

I didn't have the 3 extra kids today. Their dad works for the railroad, so she never knows when he is going to be home. She usually texts me the night before to let me know if they are coming or not.

Went grocery shopping with the kids today. Got a lot of stuff for the trip (travel trial size).

Got all my shorts and shirts washed and ready to go on the trip, so I guess you can say I am packed ;0

Ran an errand today and got home after 6:30 p.m. The hubby had supper started, we ate supper then I got in the bath tub and relaxed.

Thinking Thursday

What do you like most about your days staying at home with your kids?

There is not one particular thing that I like, actually, there are several things that I like through out the day.

The first thing is when I am still laying in bed in the morning and Keira or Aden (or both) will come in my room to wake me up and then lay beside me and we will talk about what we are going to do that day or talk about the day before. What was their favorite part of the day and what they want to do today. We can lay as long as we want to and we don't have to worry about what time we have to get up, unless Taygen wakes up of course ;) I love that we don't have to rush around in order to be somewhere at a certain time

Another favorite part of the day is if/when we go shopping whether it's grocery shopping or shopping at the mall. I know it sounds crazy, shopping with 3 kids, but it's fun!

I absolutely love our lazy days. I love cuddling with the kids when we have absolutely nothing to do.

Wednesday, January 25th

1:19 p.m
 I had in an earlier post that Keira and Aden both wanted to just relax one day and lay with their blankies. I said this only happens when they are starting to feel bad. Sure enough, Keira is sick today.

The hubby was also sick today, so he stayed home from work. I got to sleep in a little because he was up anyway and couldn't sleep, so he got up with the kids. When I woke up, Keira was kind of moping around. I asked her if she was okay and she said, "ya, daddy gave me some medicine already," meaning Tylenol. I didn't know why and come to find out she was coughing super bad and had a fever.

I checked her temp before she left for school and it was 97.5 and she said she was feeling fine. I took her to school and warned her teachers that she had said she didn't feel good before, so if she doesn't seem like herself that is why. I got a call from one of her teachers saying that she had a fever and was just laying on the beanbags.

So, hopefully she can get plenty of rest today.

Picked Keira up early from school. Came home and she laid on the couch and watched some of her shows. She got rid of her fever, but is sneezing a lot and has a runny nose.

The hubby stayed home from work today because he was also feeling sick. The hubby was nice enough to give me some time today to get some of my other sites updated.

Tuesday, January 24

I had my 3 extra kids today. Not too bad of a day.

Was supposed to go shopping with one of my girl friends, but didn't so, the hubby, kids and I went to eat out as a family instead. I didn't have my pool leagues tonight.

Going to sign Keira up for cheerleading. She does dance at the YMCA, but it is just the same stuff every year and it is not much of a challenge for her. I think she will like cheerleading because it will be challenging, different and it will give her more experience once she hits high school and wants to cheer.  

That's enough for today, not too much to talk about today. Haven't really felt that great today. I can say though, that there are 11 days left until my cruise ;)

Monday, January 23rd

Monday, Monday, Monday!

Twelve more days until my cruise! Still have so much to do! Shopping, shopping and more shopping.

Got a new bathing suit yesterday! YAY! Was looking for a bathing suit cover up, but Victoria's Secret (where I got my bathing suit) didn't have one (in the store anyway). Going shopping again tomorrow with my girl friend (who is going on the cruise with me) so, maybe I will find one then.

We booked our excursions the other day and I was reading through all the stuff that you need on these excursions and it says "shorts and t-shirts." It seems weird that I am going to be packing shorts and t-shirts but, I will be in Mexico for goodness sakes! hee hee

I have some shorts from this last summer that I have to dig out of my closet. I probably better get to doing that huh? I am not a last minute person, so it seems really weird for me not to have my wardrobe ready for 12 days from now.

Anyway, about the day.

Woke up when the hubby's alarm went off. Heard him get in the shower and get ready, but for some reason I fell asleep the 5 minutes it takes him to go down stairs, get his jacket on, wallet, phone, etc because I did not hear the garage door open or close. The garage is right below our room, so I can hear the garage door every time it is opened or closed, (no matter where I am in the house).

Aden was up at 7:27 a.m. to go potty, then he went back to sleep. I got up to help him just in case he needed help. I had my alarm set for 7:30, but I laid back down after Aden went back to bed. I was so tired, but wide awake at the same time, very weird! I laid down thinking I was going to go back to sleep for about an hour or two, but I just couldn't get to sleep. Keira came in about 8:30 and laid down with me for a little bit until we both decided that we better get up and start our day.

Today was an unusual Monday for us. Sometimes the kids have those days where they just want to sit, relax and watch their shows or just relax and play on their iPad. Today was one of those days. Aden woke up about 9:15 or so, ate breakfast, did his morning routine and then asked me if he could have his "ball blanky" and lay on the couch and watch T.V. The kids usually never just want to lay or sit around, when they do this, they are usually getting sick. Even Keira wanted to just relax today, must have still been tired from getting up at 7 for Church on Sunday.

I say it was an unusual Monday for us because usually I pick Keira up from school then we come home and do our own thing at home. But, today, I decided to take the kids swimming after school. Keira's preschool is at the YMCA, so I just packed our suits, picked her up and just went swimming while we were their.

We have a bye tomorrow night for our pool team, so I am going shopping with my bestie!

Wow, I am super blabby today!

Sunday, January 22nd

Went to Church this morning then came home. Keira and I went shopping for a "formal attire" dress for my cruise. I have a lot of "formal" dresses, but I wanted a new one, so I went out and bought one. It is a very simple black dress. I'm a simple person, I can't do bright colors or patterns on my dresses or skirts.

Anyway, it was such a nice day to be outside running around. It was over 50 degrees when Keira and I were out from 1:30-about 4:30 p.m. We had a girl's day out. Went to Gymboree, so I could get the kids some cute Spring outfits, shirts, skirts, pants, etc. Then we went to the "W" store and had pretzel sticks together and went to a couple of mommy's stores.

Keira and I got home about 4:40 then went out to eat as a family. Left the house about 6:00 and on our way home at 7:30 p.m we already had almost 2 inches of snow in the hour and a half that we were gone. Crazy!

Well, it was a good day until I slid in the snow and ice and almost hit a fire hydrant. I slid past our driveway and went to turn the corner to go around the block and the truck didn't want to turn, so I had to put my brakes on and make it turn, so I didn't go straight into the hydrant. So, I made it around the corner and back around to our house and slid past our driveway again....Dan was getting frustrated and finally said, just let me drive. Ok, good luck with that!

Saturday, January 21st

Didn't sleep in today. The hubby didn't get to sleep in either. He had a pool tournament today. Today was team.

Grandpa came over for a couple of hours so I could go watch the hubby. Didn't get to watch them much though, I got their about 11:40 a.m and they were done with the first match and didn't play again until 2:30 p.m and I had to leave because I told grandpa that I would only be gone for a couple hours.

Friday, January 20th

Yay! It's Friday!

Got to sleep in today. The hubby had to play in a pool tournament at 2:00 today. He is still playing now. The kids and I went to the mall and had frozen yogurt and walked around and looked at the Lemon Days displays they had up....nothing much to brag about. Bought some lotions and bubble baths from Bath and Body Works. Hung out at grandma and grandpa's for a couple hours, ate supper and colored.

Tomorrow (Saturday) he is playing team and starting at 9 in the morning, so it will be like a regular day of the week for me. Not sure what we are going to do tomorrow, maybe just sit around the house and have a movie day. I need to use my Gymbucks at Gymboree, but Gymboree is only at the outside mall and it's been way too cold to walk around outside with the kids.

I called my Dr. and got a prescription for Transderm-Scop. It is a prescription only patch for motion sickness. I will need it for my cruise. I can't even ride in the back seat of my own truck without getting car sick. So, it's more of a 'just in case' type thingy.

Thursday, January 19th

9:16 p.m
Keira was actually up before my alarm went off this morning at 7:30. Don't know why...even though I told her it was SUPER early, she informed me that the sun was out, so it was time to get up. Hmmm

Didn't have the 3 extra kids today, one of the kids are sick. Keira was planning on it this morning, but I told her the circumstances and she said, "ok, I'll just see him at school tomorrow." She was very understanding.

Didn't leave the house again today. Super cold! Tried to do laundry today, but the pipes froze up on the washer...very annoying! They finally were able to work and I got a couple loads of sheets and comforters done.

The hubby got home from work then we went to Fazoli's to eat. When we got home from eating, the hubby took over on laundry and finished up the bedding and made all the beds. Ahhhh relief.

This weekend the hubby has a pool tourney at the Pershing. I am not involved in this one. You have to play in a certain league to qualify and I didn't play in that.

Wednesday, January 18th

Very good day!

Keira had school today. Taygen didn't have her regular nap because she wasn't up until 10:40 this morning. So, I picked Keira up from school and Taygen fell asleep in the car. Laid her down when we got home and helped the kids make crafts the rest of the day. Started supper about 5:20 p.m.

The kids have a new game....they like throwing a sock up to the ceiling fan until it gets stuck, then they turn it on and try and catch the sock. Super fun! You should try it some time.

I didn't have my 3 extra kids on Tuesday because the mom was sick, but tomorrow (Thursday) I will have the kids. Then probably going shopping after they leave.

Tuesday, January 17th

Didn't have my extra kids today.

Went to sign up for our excursions today! YAY!

Sitting here watching Dance Moms. Pretty interesting. Nothing new and exciting today. Just went to do our excursions then stayed home the rest of the day.

Monday, January 16th

Good day! Keira didn't have school today.

Went grocery shopping today. It was dang cold today! Almost 60 degrees yesterday and it's only 31 degrees today.

Nothing new or exciting today. Stayed home after we went grocery shopping and hung out with the kiddos.

I have a little more than 2 weeks until my cruise. I am meeting with the Travel Agent tomorrow to set up the excursions...getting pretty excited!

Sunday, January 15th

Friday evening and Saturday night.

Played in Columbus pool tourney this weekend. I got 7th & 8th and my team mate got 1st in women's singles out of 41 women.

Played team on Saturday and we got 3rd. Pretty good weekend. Got to spend time with my besties and still did damn good in the tournament.

Sunday, 9:49 p.m.
Finally, able to sit down and relax. Got up a little late today ;) went to get the kids from my mom's (over by Grand Island) got back to the house at 4:30 and then took the kids ice skating for the Church's Winter Festival. Got home about 8:50, then did the kids' bedtime routine then put them to bed. Now, I'm sitting here catching up on Private Practice and Grey's Anatomy.

Friday, January 13th

Okay, so I fibbed, I am updating today then I will be gone for a couple of days.

I have the Columbus tourney today. I was up at 7:50 this morning. Have tons of errands to do before my ride gets here at 11:00. Already this morning, I have packed the kids' bags (for nana's) and packed mine and Dan's bag for the weekend. Now, I'm just sitting here watching Lazy Town with Aden. Everyone else is sleeping. The hubby is in the shower, so I can get the rest of my stuff done.

          ~Had to get this done for a while now...
             -Monday-Dan played pool
             -Tuesday- I played pool
             -Wednesday-Dan played pool again
             -Thursday- Just didn't feel like getting out of the house
             -Friday (today)- No more excuses, gotta get them done

• Gotta get cash

          ~Everyone needs cash, right?
             -Gotta have cash for food, drinks, food, more drinks and mini tourneys ;)

• Gum

         ~I ran out of gum.
           -I have to have gum when I play pool. I have to chew on something when I play.

Well, gotta go get my important stuff done ;)

Wish me luck today. Even if I don't win or do good, I have a lot of good friends to hang out with and talk to, so it will be all good.

Thursday, January 12th

Had my 3 extra kids again today. All the kids are really good together, so it doesn't really feel like I have 6 kids in my house.

I think the secret to having 6 kids in your house and not going crazy is organization!

Sorry, I haven't posted any 'Thinking Thursday' in a while, but I have been super busy. I will go through my emails and answer all the Thinking Thursday questions that you all asked. Thank you again!

We didn't go anywhere today. It was just way too cold outside today. Going to Columbus tomorrow and Saturday, so I won't be updating for a couple of days ;( I will be sure to update on Sunday when I get back home.

Wednesday, January 11th

Good day!

Picked Keira up from school then came home and stayed home the rest of the day. It is too cold and windy.

Watching Dance Moms season premier. Keira is in dance and if the teacher talked to her like that, she would be out of that studio in a heartbeat!

The kids are already in bed. Taygen only had a 20 minute nap today and just couldn't stay awake anymore. Aden isn't feeling the best, he is on antibiotics and is so tired.

As for me, I think I will be in bed myself by 9:00. It is only Wednesday and looking forward to the weekend.

Tuesday, January 10th

Didn't have my baby sitting kids today. So, I decided to take the kids to the Y and go swimming.

Taygen usually goes to the child watch and plays with her friends and I take Keira and Aden swimming for about 45 minutes. This time, Keira wanted to go play with her friends, which is really weird for her because she is usually the one who wants to go swimming. So it was just mommy and Aden time today.

Keira is playing a very interesting game on the iPad and Aden is trying to tie knots with Keira's rope on her robe. Taygen is napping. As for me, I am sitting here enjoying the peace and quiet and enjoying the kids playing as their own people.

I have pool leagues tonight, didn't practice my games today because I will have 8 games worth of practicing during league. I have 2 more days to practice until my big tourney ;) Not going to practice Friday since I will be leaving at 11:00 a.m and usually don't practice the day of a tourney or leagues.

Pregnant again?

A couple months ago I was having stomach issues (nausea, vomiting, felt like passing out, abdominal pain, stomach pain, missed my cycle, had 2 cycles in one month, etc.) so I went to see my Doctor. She asked me if I thought I could be pregnant.

The whole time I'm sitting there thinking....Which, felt like forever

Could I be pregnant? I am feeling sick. I think I'm going to get sick now. I'm kind of hungry. Is my stomach getting bigger? I can feel it stretching out. I'm not going to be able to wear my belly button ring much longer. Are my feet swelling? They look fatter. I don't think my shoes are going to fit me anymore. I just won't wear socks with my shoes, that will help. I'm craving hot wings. I'm still hungry. After all, the baby does need to eat right? Are my boobs getting bigger? They feel like they are getting bigger. My boobs hurt. My lower stomach is hurting, maybe it is stretching out. Now, I am craving pickles with hot chocolate. I still feel nauseated. Gonna pass out, I should just lay down. Will the baby make it through the pregnancy (had preaclampsia with Taygen)? Will I make it through the pregnancy? How long will I be on bed rest (Dr. said if I get pregnant again, I may have a difficult time). Still hungry, not getting food sitting here. Maybe when I leave I will get some tacos. What will we name the baby? What if we have another girl, Aden will definitely be out numbered, so will daddy. I can't have another baby, I had my tubes tied.... Am I THE one in a thousand that could actually get pregnant after I have had my tubes tied?

I told her that I couldn't get pregnant. She said, oh then it could just be your gall bladder. Then, I was feeling my self getting a little sad, but in the back of my mind I knew I couldn't be pregnant.

Monday, January 9th

Keira went back to school today after a 2 week Holiday break. She had a couple new students in her class today.

Such a nice day outside today. Picked Keira up from school this afternoon and then let the kids play outside for about half an hour.

Practiced pool again today. Feeling really tired today, not quit sure why. Got up this morning at 7:30 when my alarm went off and got ready for the day, just in time for Taygen to wake up. She has been waking up earlier than normal lately. Her normal time to wake up is between 8:40-9:00. Keira slept in a little more than usual today. I usually just let the kids sleep in as late as they want...no need in depriving them of their sleep if I don't need to.

Got my Caramel Frappuccino from Starbucks, so it's a pretty good Monday ;)

Sunday, January 8th

Another boring day. If you know me, you know I don't do boring well, but I lived ;)

Taught Sunday School today, haven't taught in 2 weeks, so it was kind of weird to be back, but a good break.

Didn't get my usual Sunday afternoon nap. I was a big girl and practiced pool with the hubby instead. I'm very proud of myself, I have been practicing 5 games of pool everyday since Tuesday, January 3rd. Playing my pool leagues on Tuesday, so I will count that as part of my practice for that day. They say, practice makes perfect, but I say, "practice makes you better."

Getting excited for Columbus, this year is going to be my year!

Saturday, January 7th

Let the hubby sleep in today, since he worked yesterday neither of us got to sleep in. I got a couple of hours nap later today.

We had the father-in-law's side of the family Christmas get together today. It was fun seeing all the family and all the kids playing together.

Nothing else too exciting today. Got to get up early tomorrow for Sunday School. We have been off for the last 2 weeks due to Christmas and New Year's break.

Friday, January 6th

It's Friday!

Didn't get to sleep in today, like my usual Friday. I know, boo hoo, right?

The hubby had to work today because of the holiday. Today turned out to be an annoying day. Aden has had an infection thingy on his finger. I'm thinking he had a hang nail that he pulled, but he never said anything about it.

Anyway, made an appointment for him today, of course we couldn't see our original doctor so we had to see a different one. I told the nurse all his symptoms (including his fever he had on Wednesday), she wrote them down on his record sheet. The Doctor never said anything about his fever. We were getting ready to leave and she said, "if he gets a fever, call right away." Ummmm, did you look at his record?! So, she looks down at his record and says, "Oh, I see he had a fever on Wednesday. Let me check him out a little more." Then she noticed that he had swollen lymph notes. She prescribed some antibiotics for his finger and said come back in a week if his lymph notes don't go down. Ahhhhh so frustrated...

We headed over to get his medicine (just the kids and I). The pharmacist told me he wasn't in the system, that they hadn't called it in yet. I was mad at this point. I called the Dr. back and asked why this wasn't called in yet. She said that they had faxed it in over an hour ago, but she said she will call them and do it verbally. I then went back to stand in line...again, he wasn't in the system, by this time I was beyond mad. Come to find out it was a miscommunication on the pharmacists' end, there were 3 of them working, how could that happen?! They finally found his name in the system, but they didn't even start his medication yet...I said, how long will it take? They told me 20 minutes, by this time I was super mad. So, I just left the store. Planning on going back tomorrow, hopefully it should be done by then.

Thursday, January 5th

Well, I survived 6 kids today! It wasn't as bad as I thought. All the kids played really good together. The most important part is, I got to keep my schedule/routine...lunch, Taygen's nap, snack time, etc.

I got to play in a pool tourney tonight. All my practicing didn't pay off because I sucked! I actually beat myself. I was missing shots that I don't normally miss and that was making me upset and throwing my game off.  I am not going to give up on the practicing though, I have another big tournament next weekend, January 13, 14, 15th, so we will see how I do.

"Mommy, I have the hiccups"

Have you ever had your child tell you that they have the hiccups? You tell your child, "ok, what do you want me to do about it?" I love how kids let you know stuff that you can't help them with at that very moment.

Here are a couple of examples of what my children tell me...

~ "Mom, I have a booger."

     Me- "Ok, what do you want me to do about it? I'm driving."

           - This is usually when I have no kleenexes in the car and I have no way of turning around and getting the booger from them. So, I usually just tell to hold on to it until. What else am I supposed to tell them, flick it on the floor...gross!

~ "Mom, I have the hiccups."

    Me- "Take a drink, hold your breath and count to 10." Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn't.

          -This is usually when the hiccups last for more than 20 minutes and they get frustrated and start whining. There is nothing I can do about it.

~ "I have to go potty."

     Me- "Then go up stairs and go potty."

           -This is usually when we are at home and they can do it themselves. Not sure why they let me know this, but every time they have to tell me. Maybe so I know where they are? I can understand when we are out in public, because they can't just run upstairs and go.

~"I have to go poopy."

   Me- "Then go."

          - This is also when we are home and they can just run upstairs. When they tell me when we are in public (which I encourage ;) ) it is usually in a loud voice.

~"May I have a drink?"

   Me- "You can go get it, it is sitting on the table."

Wednesday, January 4th

We just stayed home today. Keira is still on Christmas/New Year's Day break.

It's a good thing we decided to just stay home today. Aden woke up fine this morning, but about 11:00 a.m he started getting a little warm, I checked his temp. and it was 101.8. He had no energy and was just laying around watching his shows. I carried him into his bed and he napped from 11:30-3:00. He didn't want to go lay down in his bed, but in less than 2 minutes he was out. He woke up just fine, no fever and running around like the usual Aden.

A little nervous, I will have 6 kids tomorrow. This week I started babysitting 3 kids. They are really good kids and a very good friend of Keira's so, I am not worried too much.

Tuesday, January 3rd

The hubby went back to work today after the Holiday vacations, which means no more sleeping in for me this week ;(. But it is a short work day for Dan. Usually he gets home after 6:30 p.m, but this week he will get home between 5:15 and 5:30, an hour before he usually gets home.

Was up at 7:40 this morning. Decided to take the kids to the Y and went swimming. We won't have much time for that when I start baby sitting 3 extra kids on Tuesday and Thursdays, so I figure this is our last swim for a couple of months.

Got a new Wii game for the kids for Christmas...Ready, Set, Grover by Sesame Street. It is very good, it has plenty of exercises for when the kids are stuck inside for the Winter.

I didn't have my pool leagues this week because of Holiday break.

I consider myself a very good pool player, that is probably the most reason I am so competitive, because most of the people I play, I know I can or should beat! Sometimes I don't beat them, I beat myself and I just get so upset because I tend to fall to their level and play like them. Anyway, I have a big pool tournament in Columbus next weekend (January 13, 14 &15th) so I am setting a goal for myself to practice/play at least 5 games a day from today until Friday when I leave to go play. I am playing singles on Friday (and can beat most of the girls that play their!) and team on Saturday, not too worried about that either because I have the best girls on my team! We are an awesome team of ladies.

Monday, January 2nd

The hubby had the day off today for New Year's. I got to sleep in today.

Lazy day today. Slept in until 11:00...yay! Watched the game...boo!

Went out for supper as a family. We went to Qdoba when we were in Omaha at CocoKey and I like that a lot better than Chipotle (not their food) because they have better kid's menu options. The only Chipotle seems to have is Quesadillas and tacos.

Nothing much today. Just sat around the house and played with the kids.

On another note...I found out that one of my so called friends (not friends with this person anymore, of course) on Facebook "reported/blocked" one of my really good friends on FB.  I know who did it and it is under investigation through Facebook and the person who reported or blocked this person is not going to have a FB page for much longer.

Happy New Year!!

The new year has begun!

Great day. The hubby got to sleep in today, I got a little nap from 4:30-6:45, ya, little ;). I slept right through supper, the hubby made supper for the kids, woo hoo. Went over to the in-laws about 7 to say bye to the niece, nephew and sister-in-law. 

Got home about 8:40 p.m, I missed supper so, I got the kids ready for bed and the hubby ran to D'Leons for me...yummy! 

We have been watching Dexter. We just started the second season. I am pretty interested in it because with me being a psych person, I like being inside someone's head.
